BrewDog Franklinton

NEW FOR 2018: Although a newcomer to the Columbus market, BrewDog has over a decade of history in the brewing world. The Columbus are is home to BrewDog’s US production, and home to three taprooms – including the latest in Franklinton, which is hosting the starting grid for the 2018 Pumpkin Pedaler! From Punk IPA to Elvis Juice, BrewDog has a draft for everyone. Come early, get signed in, and grab a pint on the rooftop patio while you wait for the ride to kick off!

Bake Me Happy

NEW FOR 2018: Bake Me Happy is a personal favorite spot of Ichabod and the Pedaler family. Their amazing selection of gluten-free treats span sweet and savory, from nostalgic to modern. The Pumpkin Pedaler team is thrilled to visit their brick-and-mortar location in Merion Village for the 2018 Tour. Riders will enjoy a jolt of coffee or a quick bite – or both – as they pass through this proud neighborhood. Bake Me Happy products can also be found at markets and other retailers throughout Central Ohio.

North Market

Friends since the beginning, the North Market will return for a fourth year to host our stop at in the Arena District. Home to dozens of unique businesses, the North Market allows riders an opportunity to grab a coffee or smoothie, ice cream or macarons, a light salad or award-winning fried chicken. In fact, some of Columbus’s favorite destinations found their first home at the North Market, including Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and Hot Chicken Takeover. Founded in 1876, the North Market welcomes more than 1 million visitors each year – including our Pedalers!

Mikey’s Late Night Slice

NEW FOR 2018: Mikey’s Late Night Slice, a Columbus favorite since 2009, has signed on to host the downtown stop during Pedaler 18! Ichabod and the fam have been official pizzafaces since the shack in an abandoned parking lot and are thrilled to make our new friends at Mikey’s pumpkinheads! Great causes like the Columbus Diaper Bank have benefited from their generosity and they have been vocal supporters of Columbus Pride.

Brothers Drake Meadery

NEW FOR 2018: One of our favorites for years, Brothers Drake Meadery has joined the ride for 2018, hosting our Short North stop. Although normally closed on Sunday’s, our mead-making heroes at Brothers Drake are throwing open their doors special for the pedalers! Their amazing mead – wine made from honey – is worth an extended stop. Their flavor varieties offer something for everyone, from sweet to dry and everything in between.

Sweet Carrot

New to the ride in 2017, Sweet Carrot became an instant favorite with Pedalers. Their unique take on American comfort food gave many of our riders some much needed energy during last year’s ride. We are absolutely delighted to welcome Sweet Carrot back for another year. In the meantime, Sweet Carrot has opened another location at Polaris, and has plans to open a third location in the Sawmill area – our stop will be held at the original Grandview location at the corner of 5th and Grandview.

Land-Grant Brewing

It’s impossible for the Pumpkin Pedaler team to think of our ride and not think about our dear friends at Land-Grant Brewing. They were the first business to take a chance on our fledgling idea during year one, and we have been so blessed to grow up together. For the fourth year, Land-Grant will host our Franklinton stop at their Town Street taproom, which has grown to include a beer garden and stage in the previously unused lot west of the building.

Blue Spectrum Band

“Life is not to be viewed through the single lens of a diagnosis but to be lived through the Spectrum of potential, promise and purpose.” Our friends at Blue Spectrum are joining us again for the 2018 Pumpkin Pedaler! This year, Blue Spectrum will play at the Land-Grant Beer Garden Stage at the end of the ride. Those who are not able to make the ride are invited to join the pedalers for this free concert for a great cause.
